ACM Women Gothenburg Chapter

Scrum LEGO Workshop

This week, Irum Inayat (Co-chair ACM-W Gothenburg) had the pleasure of running a Scrum LEGO Workshop with the Educational Management Unit — and what an energetic session it was! Using LEGO bricks, we explored how agile principles and Scrum practices can bring creativity, teamwork, and adaptability to life. Participants formed cross-functional teams and built products in sprints. They reflected on how iterative planning, feedback, and collaboration drive continuous improvement — not just in software projects, but in education and organizational development too. It was inspiring to see how quickly everyone embraced the spirit of agility — balancing structure with creativity and learning through doing. It’s always exciting to see how agile thinking can spark innovation across disciplines.
